The "Regulations" section has been sorted according to the type of check. The checks have been grouped under the following headings:

• Plot
  Area, front and diameter
  
  
• Building
  Number of floors, maximum heights, floor heights, free heights, building size, setback, overhangs, occupancy, buildability, dwellings, lobby and patio. 
  
  
• Car park
  Number of spaces, area, dimensions and heights.
