In accordance with the Spanish law "Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre", on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights, CYPE Ingenieros informs the user of the existence of an automated personal data file created under their own responsibility. It also informs the user of their right to access, rectify and cancel their personal data in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned law.
The user authorises CYPE Ingenieros to automatically process the personal data identified in the different forms on the website, for the purposes that arise directly from the contractual relationship established between CYPE Ingenieros and the user and with the limits derived from the agreed service. Likewise, the client authorises CYPE Ingenieros to transfer the aforementioned data to companies with which CYPE Ingenieros has any connection or participation and to other third parties linked to the distribution channels and whose intervention is required to meet the agreed purposes in this contract.
