As of version 2025.d, CYPELUX can automatically read the latitude and longitude data of the project to perform more accurate daylight calculations. This information is extracted from the geo-referenced IFC models containing the project contributions, guaranteeing a lighting analysis adjusted to the building's actual location.
To define the site, the free Open BIM Site program can be used to establish the exact geographical location of the project.
