Design and development of models for the analysis and design of geothermal exchange and active glazing for sustainable buildings
The ultimate aim of this R&D&I project funded by the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness is to make it easier and more reliable for architectural and engineering studies to incorporate geothermal heat exchange technology and non-stationary and passive active glazing models into their projects.
This project is based on designing, developing and experimentally validating the procedures that will be designed, developed and validated experimentally in this RDI project, so to obtain a tool that is capable of designing and elaborating parametric studies of geothermal systems and active glazing in a simple and effective way, and within a reasonable period of time; bearing in mind it must all be in accordance with the code in force.
