Exporting to the BVBS format

Project rebars can now be exported in the BVBS interchange format. The BIMserver.center export panel includes two options:

• BVBS (Complete)
  Generates a single file with all rebars.
  
  
• BVBS (Elements)
  Generates a file for each of the project elements.
