Grupo de contenido: Open BIM Quantities / Applications with a "Bill of quantities" tab

The predefined work section structure "France - UNTEC Method" has been added when creating a new "Set of measurement rules" (Open BIM Quantities) or a "Mapping file" (applications with a "Bill of quantities" tab).

The option to "Zoom" into the 3D model element has been added in the following cases:

A button has been added to the "Cost databases" list components, available from the toolbar in the "Bill of quantities" tab. In previous versions, the active cost database was the one selected in the list. Now, using this button, users can explicitly indicate the active cost database in the project.

As of version 2023.a, "Open BIM Quantities" and applications with the "Bill of quantities" tab allow cost databases to be generated where an item appears in more than one work section. Items can only be defined in one position, however, they can now be added as a concept in the breakdown of one or more […]

As of version 2023.a, "Open BIM Quantities" and applications with the "Bill of quantities" tab can import cost databases in CSV format. To do so, the "Import CSV" option has been added to the "Import/Export" group in the toolbar for managing cost databases and the project database. The CSV file must contain the columns with […]

As of version 2023.a, the "-" character (ASCII-45) can be used in a concept's "Code" field. This modification has been carried out in accordance with the latest update of the standard Spanish FIEBDC-3/2020 format which includes the specifications approved by the Spanish commission CTP that are subsequently ratified by the Spanish FIEBDC association assembly.

A help button has been added to the waste type selection in the panel for adding a waste component to the decomposition of a concept. Both the types of waste and their definitions are based on the specifications in the Spanish exchange format, FIEBDC-3/2020.

From version 2021.f onwards, when a FIEBDC-3 (.bc3) file is dragged to the project’s price table or cost database, the "Import the entire file" option is available. When selecting this option, every concept in the file will be included instead of just single concepts, as is the case with "Assign concept" and "Add concept".

As of the 2021.e version, it is possible to copy the work section structure of the active cost database to the "set of measurement rules" (Open BIM Quantities) or to the "mapping file" (applications with the "bill of quantities" tab). In previous versions the work section structure could already be imported from a FIEBDC-3 (.bc3) […]

Options have been added to the toolbar to cut, copy and paste the concepts that appear in the bill of quantities table or in the prices of the job. As a result, it is now possible to easily move a concept from one chapter to another.

In order to make it easier for the user to read and enter data, the appearance and size of the "set of measurement rules" (Open BIM Quantities) and "mapping files" ("Bill of quantities" tab) edit panels have been improved. The application now allows users to considerably reduce the width of the windows containing the "set […]

Now it is possible to duplicate cost databases in the same way as is done with mapping files ("Bill of Quantites" tab) and the measurement criteria (Open BIM Quantities).
