As of the 2017.j version when users access CYPE programs (except Arquimedes), they no longer access the last project that was open. Now a start screen is displayed where users can:
- Create a new project
- Find projects
- Select one of the latest projects that was accessed
- Select help documents of the program (Manual, New features, etc.)
