CYPE has won the first prize in the "Best software development company for architecture, engineering and construction" category at the 22nd Construction Gala in Paraguay for its firm commitment to innovation and new technologies.
Paraguay's Construction Gala is considered the industry's most important event in the country and aims to recognise companies' work. The winners in each of the categories were chosen following a survey of architects and engineers living in this country.
For Carlos Fernández, CYPE's technical director, this award is a "source of pride", for which he thanks the professionals in Paraguay who rely on CYPE software when carrying out their professional projects. "We work to offer our clients solutions that make their work easier and more intuitive, guaranteeing the reliability and security of the designs thanks to the precise check reports and our updating of the latest national and international regulations," he emphasises.
Those in charge of collecting the award during the celebration of the gala on 22 November at the Las Takuaras complex in the city of Asunción were Ever Pagliaro, head of CYPE in Paraguay, and Jorge Alcaraz, the company's commercial advisor, who highlighted the work carried out by CYPE to develop state-of-the-art software tools fully adapted to the circumstances in Paraguay in specialities as diverse as structures, MEP, architectural modelling and urban planning, among others.
Édgar Robinson, director of Grupo Paraguay Eventos & Emprendimientos, who is in charge of organising the event, points out that "The main objective of the gala is to highlight the work, effort, innovations and new technologies and the contribution that companies in the construction industry make to the overall development of the country".
