We continue to expand all over the world and are once again bringing our CYPE Cost Database to new countries. As of version 2025.d, it will be available to all users in Burkina Faso, the Republic of Benin, the Republic of Madagascar and the Republic of Mauritius, who will be able to benefit from our tool's features.
With this extension, the CYPE Cost Database now covers 31 countries, which consolidates its international presence. In addition, we have reviewed and adjusted the prices of labour in accordance with current collective bargaining agreements, which ensures that bills of quantities accurately reflect real market costs. In addition, we have included new instructions in the operation and maintenance manual to make it easier for users to understand. In line with growing environmental concerns, we have also incorporated environmental product declarations (EPDs), so that professionals can be aware of the ecological impact of their choices.
For sustainable architecture and life cycle analysis (LCA), we developed building detailing modules that reflect our commitment to more environmentally friendly building practices. These provide professionals with the tools they need to design and construct greener and more efficient buildings.

In addition, the ability to import databases compatible with the FIEBDC-3 standard has been improved.
