TIMEPAC will help improve existing energy certification processes and move from single, static certification to more holistic and dynamic approaches. TIMEPAC is currently developing new methods and tools to provide a better basis for data collection and analysis at five demonstration sites. As a result, Energy Performance Certificates will be enhanced with retrofitting solutions for concrete and experts can become better trained to make our homes fit for the future.
