Updating prices for items from other databases

When the bill of quantities uses items from other databases, use the "Used databases" option in the "Show" menu.

When using this tool, a dialogue box appears showing all the databases to which a reference was maintained during copying. Use the "Update data" option to select those you wish to update. You can first tick the "All referenced databases" box so that the changes are applied to all of them, not just the selected database.
