Generating native Revit elements from an IFC file for HVAC systems
The "Generation of native Revit elements" module includes the "Generating native Revit elements from an IFC file for ductwork systems" feature. This feature enables the conversion of an MEP model (included in a project on the BIMserver.center platform) into native Revit HVAC systems by assigning families.
This feature can be used to convert pipes and ducts by assigning types that have been previously loaded into the model, as well as to generate mechanical equipment by assigning existing families or automatically generating new ones.

| When converting HVAC systems generated in CYPEHVAC into native Revit entities, you must ensure that, in CYPEHVAC, when you click the "Share" option in the "BIMserver.center", the "Do not include the joints and transitions of the distribution systems" box must be checked, as these are generated independently within Revit itself. |
When generating parametric families from IFC entities, users can create native equipment families based on the IFC geometry and assign their IFC properties to this new family.
