3D Scenes: Library

In the "3D Scene" section, you will find the "Library" option, from which you can manage all views of the BIM models. This includes creating new scenes, duplicating existing ones, and deleting and reordering them.

The "Views" section allows you to create new views and manage the default ones.

In the "Layouts" section, you can manage the visibility of each floor plan, model and category. You can also view the elements in different modes: normal, transparent and wireframe.

In addition to the tools located on the main toolbar, the following options are available: "Isolate selection", which allows you to view only the selected items; "Hide", which allows you to hide unwanted items; and "Show All", which restores the visibility of items hidden using the previous options.

Drawing attributes

From the "Drawing attributes" option under "Library", you can set the default display styles for the 3D scene, including line, fill and text, when creating a section of an element.

Furthermore, by ticking the box for each category, you can assign a specific line, fill and text style to each one, should you require a design that differs from the general layout.

In addition, the "Print by categories" tab allows you to select the categories of elements to be included when printing scene views. This selection does not affect the preview of the views displayed on the sheets. We recommend using this setting to specify which elements visible on screen should not be included in the final printout.
