CYPE has renewed its 9001/2015 certification granted by Bureau Veritas, guaranteeing CYPE’s Quality Management System applied to the marketing, distribution and after-sales of AEC software.
Therefore, Bureau Veritas, the world’s leading international certification body with more than 190 years of experience present in over 140 countries, once again accredits CYPE’s commitment to the most demanding international quality standards established in the code, guaranteeing that both the company’s clients’ needs are met and the requirements established by the aforementioned ISO are complied with.
More than 20 years ago, in October 2000, this international body certified CYPE’s Quality Management System for the first time, making the firm the first Spanish company in the AEC industry to obtain the 9002:1994 certification. Subsequently, in August 2012, CYPE achieved its current ISO 9001/2015 certification, which it continues to successfully renew thanks to its commitment to quality service, process management, and customer satisfaction.
For Carlos Fernández, CYPE’s technical director, this certification also supports the global expansion of the Spanish technology company specialising in architecture, engineering and construction software “by giving our users and potential clients greater confidence as well as encouraging us, as a company, to continuously improve our own processes”. CYPE’s solutions are currently used by more than 100.000 professionals in 180 countries.
