CYPE will participate in a conference in France on artificial intelligence applied to the construction industry, where it will show how its software is adapted to the Open BIM workflow and in collaboration with the technology of the BIMserver.center platform to automate processes, identify problems in the design phase of a project and facilitate the remote control of safety on a construction site, among other features.
"Due to the combination of CYPE's software resources and BIMserver.centre, professionals can have all their project information completely digitised in a BIM model and benefit from the advantages of working with tools that carry out automatic analyses, while complying with regulations and can visualise the project in 3D or augmented reality, making them more efficient and minimising any errors," explains CYPE's Director of Corporate Development, Benjamín González.
CYPE will showcase all its innovations at the Annual Meeting of the French union of construction economists (Untec) that will take place in the city of Avignon on 20 and 21 June. At this two-day event, as Benjamín González explains, "We will show how the combination of CYPE's technology with BIMserver.center technology and the exchange of data and algorithms can help identify problems in the early stages of planning, development and execution of any project".
The advantages are not only in the design and analysis phase of construction projects, as CYPE's technology also improves the quality of construction thanks to the use of augmented reality viewings of the project, among other technological resources. "Thanks to this, we reduce problems in the building inspection phase by foreseeing problems in advance, while allowing better decisions to be made in the implementation of the occupational risk prevention plan at the same time," emphasises CYPE's Director of Corporate Development.
Architects and technicians are not the only ones to benefit from all this technology, as builders, developers and even end-users of the building can also take advantage of CYPE's technology and the development of projects based on digital models. In this regard, Benjamín González explains that "By having all the information in a single space and shared in digital and open formats, the correct management and maintenance of a building's life cycle can be carried out".
