CYPE, based in Alicante, will participate for yet another year in the 2020 AHR EXPO show in the United States. The show will take place at the Orange Country Convention Center in Orlando (Florida), between 3rd-5th February, where CYPE will present their software solutions for the design of heating, ventilation and air conditioning installations and systems.
During the event, which is considered the most important heating, ventilation and air conditioning conference in the world, CYPE will also focus its presence on contacting representatives from manufacturing companies, to show them how they can integrate their branded products into BIM projects from the design phase using the Open BIM Systems solution.
Thanks to this innovative solution, which companies with a presence in the US, such as Fujitsu, have already benefited from, CYPE develops highly specialised software for manufacturers in which the products are perfectly defined in standard and open formats, achieving their compatibility with any modelling software. This allows their digitalised appearance to be viewed in the building’s environment, based on design criteria, code checks and in interaction control.
Additionally, and thanks to their connection with the BIMserver.center platform, users of these programmes can see the whole project in both Augmented and Virtual Reality, completely free of charge.
Software for building services design
CYPE will also show their specialist solutions for building services design at stand 8546. With these programmes, professionals will improve the coordination between the energy, lighting, plumbing, sanitation and fire protection model of a building and its construction project, to improve the energy efficiency, safety and comfort of the building.
To carry out all projects in a coordinated manner in the cloud and Open BIM workflow, CYPE will explain to professionals how the BIMserver.center platform allows users to collaborate on architecture, engineering and construction projects in the cloud, in which all agents from the construction sector can interact and share information using the IFC open standard format.
