Building utilities - telecommunications
The "Building utilities - telecommunications" module can be used for the design and analysis of telecommunications installations in buildings in CYPETEL Systems and CYPETEL Schematics.
With the permission for this module, users can freely choose which program from the CYPETEL suite (CYPETEL Systems, CYPETEL Schematics and CYPETEL Project ICT) to use for the design and analysis of the telecommunications installations in the building, depending on the capabilities of the programs, their interests and their needs.
IET module in CYPETEL Systems
The "Building utilities - telecommunications" module will allow CYPETEL Systems to be used.
When using CYPETEL Systems, users can import a geometric model of the building created with other technologies by linking it to a BIMserver.center project. Then, the data required to carry out regulatory or customised checks on the telecommunications infrastructure are configured in the program, and the elements of the telecommunications infrastructure (boxes, hatches, connections and conduits) are inserted into the model.

IET module in CYPETEL Schematics
The "Building utilities - telecommunications" module will allow CYPETEL Schematics to be used.
By using CYPETEL Schematics, users can import the information on the elements of the telecommunications infrastructure from a model created in CYPETEL Systems by linking it to a BIMserver.center project. Then, the program configures the data needed to carry out regulatory or customised checks relating to the design and analysis of telecommunications installations, the design of the infrastructure scheme, telecommunications networks, installation racks and headends, and the video door-phone and video monitoring diagrams are carried out.
