NEW FEATURES

2026.c Version

The possibility of designing and checking composite sections has been incorporated, expanding the available structural types.

The import of exchange files in JSON format has been added to CYPE Connect and StruBIM Steel.

Version 2026.c expands the international scope of CYPE programs with the implementation of new codes:

Version 2026.c extends the feature of generating native Revit elements from an IFC of piping systems. You can now convert insulation, equipment, and pipe fittings, as well as systems, pipes, and connections, by assigning previously loaded Revit families. For these elements, users can assign families previously loaded into the Revit model or automatically generate parametric families.

A new feature has been added that allows users to create filters in the active view of Revit to show or hide the different piping systems in the model, making it easier to visually control and manage the project.

The "Reinforcement colour filters in views" feature now detects the actual diameters of the reinforcements in the Revit model, generating only the colour filters corresponding to diameters with instances and assigning them a predefined colour automatically.

The "Automatic distribution" tool has been optimised, allowing for more efficient positioning of normal and emergency lighting.

The distribution of design points in CYPELUX has been improved, offering more accurate results and ensuring compliance with the EN 12464-1 standard.

CYPELUX incorporates a tool that allows users to modify the scale of the text in tags, references, and analysis point results.

CYPETHERM EPlus provides detailed results on the energy consumption and economic cost of the different project alternatives, comparing them with each other and with the reference situation.

A new automation feature has been added that connects the subscriber valve to the wet room valves, allowing the system to be generated from the subscriber valve or shut-off valve to the wet room valves. The option is located in the "Generation" group, available in the top toolbar of the "Installation" tab (in "Water Systems").

In VRF systems, when the external unit is a combined unit, the control diagram now displays its components as separate units.

To analyse R32 refrigerant leaks, in the general settings, users can choose whether the program automatically places R32 detectors wherever necessary, or whether they are selected manually for each indoor unit. Furthermore, when an internal unit already has a factory-installed R32 detector, it is marked and blocked on the panel to make it easier for users to understand.

The analysis report for air handling units (AHUs) has been added.

In CYPETEL, the configuration made in the network generation wizard is retained in the project when the program is closed. It can also be exported to disk and reused in other projects.

Arquimedes allows users to import and consolidate multiple BC3 files from a BIMserver.center project into a single bill of quantities.
